Flick Gocke Schaumburg advises Duvenbeck on partnership with Waterland

Flick Gocke Schaumburg has advised Thomas Duvenbeck, the previous sole owner of the Duvenbeck logistics group, on the sale of a majority share to the investment group Waterland Private Equity. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price. The transaction is subject to antitrust clearance.

Founded in 1932 in Bocholt, Germany, Duvenbeck is a full-service logistics service provider in the areas of design, forwarding and contract logistics.  Thomas Duvenbeck took over the management of the family-owned group in 1992. He will continue to support the group’s strategic development, including in his role as chair of the advisory board.
