Flick Gocke Schaumburg advises HomeToGo on acquisition of e-domizil GmbH

Flick Gocke Schaumburg has advised HomeToGo on tax aspects of acquiring e-domizil GmbH. The purchase price is roughly EUR 40 million, approximately EUR 2 million of which will be paid with class A shares in HomeToGo, and is subject to a usual purchase price adjustment mechanism.
