New edition: Commentary on the Corporate Income Tax Act

A new edition of the commentary on the German Corporate Income Tax Act is now on sale. Its editors are Prof. Thomas Rödder, partner at Flick Gocke Schaumburg; Prof. Andreas Herlinghaus, a judge at the Federal Tax Court; and Ralf Neumann, senior director at the Aachen Tax Office for Tax Audits of Large Companies and Corporations. The book has become a standard work since the first edition was published in 2015. It is published by Dr. Otto Schmidt.

In the second edition, around 20 renowned experts from the fields of consulting, case law and tax administration present 2,704 pages of practical information on the major new provisions of the Corporate Income Tax Act.

The editors expanded the interdisciplinary team of contributors for the new edition. Joining Prof. Rödder as contributors from Flick Gocke Schaumburg are: Dr. Ralf Dremel, Dr. Arne von Freeden, Dr. Markus Greinert, Dr. Jens Hageböke, Prof. Michael Hendricks, Dr. Susann Karnath, Dr. Christian Kirchhain, Dr. Bernhard Liekenbrock, Marie-Luise Scheerer, Prof. Ingo Stangl and Dr. Corinna Tigges-Knümann.
