Flick Gocke Schaumburg advises BuildTec on partnership with DigiPara

Flick Gocke Schaumburg has advised the BuildTec Software Group (BuildTec), a portfolio company of funds advised by Bregal Unternehmerkapital (BU), on entering into a partnership with DigiPara GmbH.

As part of the transaction, an investor backed by family businesses acquired a majority stake in DigiPara GmbH. BuildTec is thus expanding its portfolio to include smart building information modelling solutions for lifts and escalators.

Led by Mathias Bülow, teams from Flick Gocke Schaumburg regularly advise portfolio companies of funds advised by BU – such as medavis on its merger with Digithurst (2023), and BuildTec on its acquisition of Compass Software GmbH (2023) and its majority acquisition of Hausmann & Wynen (2023). In addition, BuildTec received legal advice from a team led by Mathias Bülow on entering into a partnership with Glaser (2024).
