Flick Gocke Schaumburg advises Communardo on merger with Scolution

Flick Gocke Schaumburg has advised the Communardo Group on the acquisition of Scolution GmbH & Co. KG, an IT service provider based in Schwäbisch Hall. Managing director Florian Reingräber will remain with Scolution and become a new shareholder of the Communardo Group.

The advisory services included tax due diligence, structuring and tax aspects of the contract negotiation.

A team led by Matthias Full previously advised Communardo on its merger with Swiss company Bitvoodoo AG in 2023 and the entrepreneur-led private equity company PROM12 on its investment in Communardo in 2022.

Communardo is a leading provider of software solutions and consulting services for the digital workplace. The company has grown continuously since being founded in 2001. It now has more than 230 employees at seven locations in Germany, Austria and Albania.

Scolution is an IT service provider for process digitization and software development with a focus on Atlassian products. Its customers range from small companies to large and international corporate groups across a diverse array of industries, encompassing both private and public sectors. Founded in Schwäbisch Hall in 2017, the company has almost 30 employees. <<<
