Flick Gocke Schaumburg advises medavis on the acquisition of medDream

Flick Gocke Schaumburg has advised the medavis Group on the acquisition of the business operations relating to the product medDream Viewer from Softneta UAB.

medDream thus becomes part of the medavis Group and adds an innovative medical viewer to its portfolio. It can be used widely in various medical disciplines. At the same time, it will become a key component of the medavis referral and patient portal, thus supporting the entire treatment pathway for patients.

The medDream Viewer is certified as a Class IIB medical device in accordance with the European Medical Device Regulation (MDR) and is approved by the US FDA for diagnostic purposes and certified for other countries.
