Flick Gocke Schaumburg advises StoryBox on Series A financing round

Flick Gocke Schaumburg has advised StoryBox GmbH on its Series A financing round. As part of the financing round led by Wille AG as lead investor, StoryBox GmbH raised a total amount of EUR 5.5 million. The existing investors BayBG, High-Tech Gründerfonds (HTGF), CK Venture Capital and G8 Way Ventures also participated in the financing round; in addition, convertible loans were converted into equity.
