Flick Gocke Schaumburg advises Thermondo on the acquisition of Febesol

Flick Gocke Schaumburg has advised Thermondo GmbH on the tax aspects of its acquisition of Febesol GmbH. Completion of the transaction is subject to antitrust clearance.

Thermondo's investors are Brookfield Infrastucture Partners, Future Energy Ventures, HV Capital, Vorwerk, Rocket Internet and 10x.
